Implementation Of Effective Learning for Remote Children: In the Citorek Traditional Community Banten Area

Abstract
This research aims to identify, implement, and develop an effective learning model for children in the remote Citorek traditional community Area banten. the main challenges are limited access to formal education and minimal teaching resources. Geographical conditions that are difficult to reach and inadequate infrastructure worsen the situation, resulting in low participation and learning achievement of children. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, involving students, parents, teachers, and local traditional leaders as participants. Data was collected through observation and document analysis and analyzed using triangulation techniques to ensure the validity of the findings. The research results show that the application of a learning model based on local wisdom and a participatory approach is able to increase students' learning motivation. In addition, the integration of local culture in learning helps strengthen students' cultural identity, so that they are more actively involved. Collaboration between government, indigenous communities and educational institutions is needed to create relevant and sustainable learning models.
