The Role of Supervisory Institutions in Ensuring Public Services Based on Democratic Values

Abstract

The role of the supervisory institution in public services based on democratic values ​​is an important role to be implemented in a country. This is because with the role of supervision and supervision of the public can avoid deviations from the abuse of authority in government which will have very fatal consequences for the country, these consequences can harm the country and citizens who will be affected. The purpose of this study is to find out and understand the role of the supervisory institution and public services with democratic values ​​more. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study from several journals obtained from Google Scholar. The results obtained from this study indicate that the role of the supervisory institution and services is very much needed and plays a very important role in realizing a developed country without any economic constraints caused by abuse of power and authority which can harm a country and those who bear the consequences are not only the government but all citizens who are affected by the consequences.
