Using a desk study method based on a review of relevant literature, this article also aims to discuss how improved counseling services on campus, along with inclusive and proactive campus policies, can effectively address bullying and mitigate its effects. In addition, the discussion in this article emphasizes how a campus culture based on respect and inclusivity can be built through direct involvement from students, promoting a supportive and safe environment.
