Holistic Citizen Protection Strategy According to Anti-Bullying Policy and Good Governance Principles

Abstract
This study examines citizen protection strategies through a holistic approach that integrates anti-bullying policies and good governance principles in Indonesia. The objectives of the study are to analyze the effectiveness of existing anti-bullying policies, identify the role of good governance in their implementation, and formulate a comprehensive protection strategy. By collecting all information related to citizen protection according to anti-bullying policies and good governance principles. The research results show that anti-bullying policies in various countries, such as the United States and Australia, have integrated the principles of great administration in protecting victims of bullying. Policy transparency still needs to be improved, especially in conveying clear information to the public about policy implementation and results. Accountability in handling bullying cases needs to be improved, by providing a more effective reporting mechanism. Community participation also needs to be expanded, so that policies can be more in line with field needs. In addition, policies must have continuity and flexibility to deal with various forms of bullying, including those that occur in cyberspace.
