Creating a Fair Education System to Promote Equality and Prosperity Among Students on Campus

Abstract
In a higher education setting, social justice and equity play a critical role in creating an inclusive, fair and equitable learning environment. Through collaborative efforts, strong leadership, and unwavering commitment, university leaders can overcome challenges and create a fair and equitable environment for all students. Collaboration is key to realizing the vision of an inclusive, equitable and meaningful education for all students. This research aims to find out how the values of Pancasila are applied and implemented in various aspects of campus life. This can be done through the practice of mutual cooperation, democratic participation, respecting differences, empowering the community, and upholding strong morality. Thus, the campus is not only a place of learning, but also a means to shape future generations who have integrity, tolerance, and high social awareness. The method we use is the literature study method in which we will collect and analyze several articles to be discussed in this article. The result of this research is that the value of Pancasila is very important to be applied to become the foundation for every student to form character and attitude to create a friendly, fair, and focused environment to build superior student character
