Analysis of Bullying in Education Sector Services Based on Pancasila Values

Abstract

This study aims to inform that Bullying in the education sector is a serious issue that can have a negative impact on the psychological and academic development of students. This study aims to analyze the phenomenon of bullying in public services in the educational environment with the approach of Pancasila values, as the foundation of Indonesia's national ideology that emphasizes the principles of humanity, social justice, and unity. The method used in this study is a literature study that examines journals and books. The results of the study indicate that the application of Pancasila values in the school environment can strengthen relationships between students and reduce the potential for bullying behavior. Strengthening the values of Divinity, Just and Civilized Humanity, and the Unity of Indonesia in school activities is considered effective in creating a safe, comfortable, and inclusive learning environment. The recommendations from this study are the need for integration of Pancasila values in school programs, training for educators, and supervision of anti-bullying policies in the educational environment
